Job Description:

Llamabar, a cozy and community-focused café, is seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. If you love coffee, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy delivering top-notch customer service, we’d love to have you bring your energy to our team!

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to Llamabar standards

Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide recommendations

Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers

Keep the bar and workspace clean and organized throughout the day

Handle customer transactions accurately, including cash and card payments

Work efficiently under pressure, especially during busy periods

Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth café experience

Requirements:

Previous experience as a barista preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate

Passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about the craft

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Positive attitude and team-player mentality
