The Position: Manager
The base pay range for this position is a salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 per year
Managers will help drive restaurant operation. Managers must be committed to supporting an inclusive, innovative, and collaborative culture. They get pleasure out of making others happy, managing projects, and actively sharing feedback.

Responsibilities:
Maintain a culture of genuine hospitality for all team members and guests.
Maintain effective and timely communication with the culinary team during service periods.
Complete all required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules in an organized and timely manner.
Ensure every meal and moment exceed guests' expectations throughout the dining experience.
Comply with HR practices and policies and hold employees accountable for all standards and procedures.
Effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken direction.
Provide feedback and guidance focusing on support and hospitality, ensuring that all team members have the tools to succeed.
Remain proficient in all FOH positions and proactively provide support to the team during service.
Remain compliant with DOL/Health Department regulations upholding food safety and our employees' and guests' health and safety.
Teach Corner Table Restaurants Core Values to all new hires and existing team.

You have 2-3 years of restaurant management experience (high volume restaurants preferred).

The base pay range for this position is a salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc.
