NOW HIRING| PART TIME AM PREP COOK

Martha Dear is looking for a part time AM prep cook to join our small team, weekend availability is a must (Friday - Sunday), approximately 10 – 12 hours a week. Experience required.

This job would be perfect for a passionate professional looking to add a few extra hours to their week.

The ideal candidate has:

At least 1 year of experience working in professional kitchens

A passion for from-scratch food that is made with high quality ingredients

The ability to take direction from AM supervisor, receive feedback and grow with the team

A sense of urgency, knack for cleanliness and anticipation of next steps

Must be able to walk or stand for long periods. Must be able to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds

Experience mixing and shaping dough (a plus)

A bit about us

We are a neighborhood restaurant that specializes in Neapolitan style sourdough pizza. Our menu centers around our sourdough offerings and has many Greek influences. We have special pies every week depending on what is available from the farms. Our small team values compassion and accountability.
