Expeditor / Hourly Manager - Elevate Guest Experiences at Taqueria Xochi

Seeking an organized Expeditor to join our team. As the Expeditor, you'll link our kitchen and Front of House, ensuring smooth operations. With multitasking and communication skills, you'll coordinate orders, expedite prep, and deliver memorable dining. Spanish speaking or understanding is a plus!

Responsibilities:

Understand dish presentation thoroughly.

Bridge kitchen and floor, ensuring clear communication.

Inform Chef of dietary needs and requests.

Welcome guests warmly, fulfilling needs.

Embody Taqueria Xochi Service Culture.

Maintain cleanliness and professionalism.

Know policies, values, menu presentation.

Set up station, aligning with sidework checklist.

Adhere to safety policies and guidelines.

Qualifications:

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Flexible availability: days, nights, weekends, holidays.

1-2 years as Expeditor preferred.

Positive attitude, passion for guest service.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Handle objects up to 20lbs.

Spanish speaking or understanding is a plus!
