We consider the Bartenders and Servers our ambassadors; this means that we're looking for people who know how to have fun while balancing the demands of a busy bar. Familiarity with bar-tending is not an absolute necessity, though some years' experience in food service and an engaged personality is. There are plenty of opportunities to learn on the job.
