The OpportunityAs part of the Anti Money Laundering team you are expected to engage in compliance-related consulting engagements. As a Senior Associate you are responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining elevated standards. You are expected to focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while navigating increasingly complex situations and growing your personal brand.Responsibilities

What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
3 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
ACAMs/ACFCS and/or CRCM
Knowledge of US, EU, UK Sanctions and AML laws
Understanding of banking products and services
Experience with banking processes and transactional flows
Proficiency in financial crimes compliance
Ability to develop and assess compliance programs
Experience with sanctions screening and transaction monitoring
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Clear communication with clients and internal staff

For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
