Lead, Asbestos, Radon and/or Mold Inspector

Looking for an inspector to join our team, and who already possesses credentials in and has experience as either a lead, asbestos radon and/or mold inspector. We are SBA certified as a SWOB, active member of the Rockville Chamber, WBENC, and currently do Federal and MD MDBE contracts. This is part time, you will be a 1099NEC and receive a flat rate, plus additional compensation commensurate with the type & quantity of samples retrieved. Looking for someone who is ambidextrous, meaning you are willing to learn a new environmental toxin for testing, and/or contribute to our growth with administrative office tasks at an hourly rate. Must have reliable transportation, flexibility with your availability. Most important, we work as a team, looking for people who are looking to grow with us. Please only reply if you can provide verification of current training and/or licensing for Lead, Asbestos, Radon and/or Mold. This the first thing I am going to ask for, and I am going to want to know who you currently work with. Service area where licensing is required: MD, DC and VA.
