Looking for licensed Architect and Structure engineer in VA

I am a contractor, and I own an investment property in Arlington, VA. I already created the initial plans in AutoCAD, and now I need a licensed Architect and a licensed Structural Engineer to help finalize the drawings for county submission. Arlington County has provided review comments, and I need a licensed professional to make sure all comments are fully corrected before resubmitting.

I also need a Structural Engineer to prepare complete structural drawings, calculate all required loads, and provide all structural details needed for county approval.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience

Proven experience completing home additions in Arlington, VA

Ability to provide 3 references for similar architectural and structural projects

Must deliver fast, reliable, and high-quality work
