The Home Doctor is a Top 100 home remodeling company in the nation that is based in Alexandria, VA. As we are expanding and rapidly growing we are looking for great employees to join our A+ Team! Looking for a game changer!

Responsibilities

Answer and direct phone calls

Organize and confirm scheduled appointments daily

Schedule qualified appointments with prospective clients

Manage inbound internet platforms, also obtain new ones by doing market research and follow up

Working as a team with the marketing department, and other departments in the company

Skills

Proven experience in customer service, administrative, or home improvement fields strongly encouraged to apply

Great phone voice a must

Able to take a no and turn it into a yes while delivering a great experience

Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines

Proficiency in MS Office

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

High School degree or equivalent
