Investment Opportunity

I'm looking for someone who I can train to run my bicycle shop and eventually buy it from me, if desired.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is a natural problem solver, good with numbers, great with people and a charismatic leader. Excellent communication skills are a must - whether speaking or writing an email. He or she must be mature and disciplined who can focus not only on the task at hand, but on the multiple tasks that are pending.

The shop is busy everyday, especially on Saturday and Sunday.

This position requires at least 5 years of management experience. College degree is preferred. Please don't reply with a resume only.
