Business Analyst / Technical Writer

Help the team provide a comprehensive, written functional and technical description of current ERP configurations.  Conduct/attend interviews with stakeholders.  Support pain points analysis.  Compile documentation of system flows, pain points, and report logic analyzed by team members.  Support creation of potential options with the pros and cons on ideal future states and the potential roadmap.  Coordinate interviews with staff and stakeholders.  Ensure completeness and accuracy of system documentation.
