job detailsjob summary:Our client, in partnership with Randstad, is looking for an experienced Senior Cost Manager with deep Excel expertise to oversee cost management for their projects in Washington, DC. This role is ideal for a highly skilled Excel expert who can take ownership of tracking and reporting labor and other project costs, providing critical insights to optimize project efficiency and maintain budgetary control.location: WASHINGTON, District of Columbiajob type: Contractsalary: $75 - 85 per hourwork hours: 8am to 4pmeducation: Bachelorsresponsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of project cost tracking, including labor and additional expenses.

Utilize advanced Excel skills to develop and maintain complex cost-tracking models.

Compile and analyze cost data, providing accurate and timely reporting to project stakeholders.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost data accuracy and address any discrepancies.

Generate detailed financial reports, summaries, and forecasts to support project planning and decision-making.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and support the implementation of cost management strategies.
