In this role, you will work cross-functionally with members from various engineering, design, construction, and support teams to drive schedules, metrics, and report on key deliverables for the expansion of Prime Air. This role requires a background in designing or executing construction projects with excellent leadership skills to build trust and drive alignment across all levels of the organization.The desired candidate will possess a program management background, with a preference in the design and construction space, and have demonstrated experience leading large-scale standardization efforts, experience in delivery of projects in tight timelines, and be able to operate in ambiguous and technically complex spaces. They will be responsible for driving standard business mechanisms across several engineering teams and integration between engineering and product to deliver to complex schedules and ensure on-time completion of program milestones. You are an effective written and verbal communicator and adept at communicating to executives, up to and including VPs. You are relentlessly organized, a bar-raising Amazon writer, and can juggle competing priorities across a complex organization with high visibility to customers and stakeholders.Export Control License: This position may require a deemed export control license for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Placement is contingent on Amazon’s ability to apply for and obtain an export control license on your behalf.Key job responsibilitiesKey job responsibilities: Develop and execute program level mechanisms to succinctly define program status, risks, help needed, and metrics to Sr. Leadership. Work with Technical Program Managers (TPMs) and Program Managers (PMs) across the organization to deliver on Prime Air Goals. Work with leaders in construction, program management office (PMO), building design, and pre-construction to deliver projects on time and under budget. Work with Sr. Leadership and TPM teams to create, implement, and drive a business cadence that improves execution and communication.Basic Qualifications
3+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3+ years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
