Morgan Health is a business unit at JPMorgan Chase that is focused on improving the quality, equity, and affordability of employer-sponsored health care in the United States. Over 180 million Americans receive health care through their employer, but the U.S. health care system could work better to improve health care outcomes, lower costs, and deliver a better consumer experience.As a Vice President on the Health Care Innovation team at Morgan Health, you'll be a part of shaping the future of health care in the commercial marketplace. The Morgan Health Innovation team designs and launches new products and services to improve outcomes, improve equity, and lower costs of health care in the employer-sponsored insurance market. These goals are achieved by developing new programs and resources for JPMorgan Chase bank clients or other employer audiences, enhancing the existing product offerings of JPMorgan Chase portfolio companies.Job Responsibilities
Drive design and execute new projects to advance these goals, working collaboratively with colleagues within Morgan Health, our portfolio companies, and benefits ecosystem partners (e.g., carriers, trade organizations)
Manage the full lifecycle of product and program design including conducting research, business case development, program strategy and operations, stakeholder management, and project management
Lead initiatives in multiple workstreams managing a portfolio of 2 - 4 projects at any given time (e.g., leading maternal health initiatives)
Operate in different types of business environments (e.g., start-ups, large organizations) with different audiences and stakeholders
Design and execute high-quality work independently and manage multiple projects at once
Propel improvements in health care outcomes, cost, and consumer experience
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in relevant field of study
7+ years of professional experience in health care at a consulting, start-up, or other business environment
Proven ability to generate ideas and design and drive work to completion with limited supervision
Ability to manage multiple projects at once and deliver results
Strong business acumen, research skills, and project management skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Microsoft PowerPoint presentation skills and experience
Team player mentality and collaborative attitude
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Experience leading business development or sales efforts is preferred but not required
