Warehouse Manager

Aerotek is hiring for a Warehouse Manager in the Washington, DC areaQualified candidates will perform the following:

The manager will be responsible for all oversight of warehouse operations, including 8 supervisors and 35 associates

Responsibilities will include inventory control, order fulfillment, and next day delivery processing

Training new employees on how to use machinery and monitor performance

Oversee receiving and putting away all in-bound products

Oversee returns, picking and loading tasks, ensuring proper put away

Set up and monitor all replenishment tasks daily

Coordinate necessary equipment repairs when needed

Ensure timely completion of all required operational and administrative tasks including attendance tracking, time keeping, replenishments, employee performance evaluations, and corrective actions for employees when necessary

5 years' supervisory experience required
