Job Description - Java Tech Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As an experienced Java Development Lead or Software Engineer Lead, your mission will be to join our inspiring team of innovators and technologists creating innovative modern software to advance our business. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
  • The client will be migrating all legacy and non-legacy apps to the Cloud.
  • Significant experience in Java software development, Spring or Spring Boot, Cloud and NoSQL Database experience, such as Cassandra
  • Experience of new and emerging technologies such as Cloud Computing.
  • Experience of using Agile practices like Scrum, Jira, TDD, BDD, or Continuous Integration.
  • Experience of highly scalable and highly available systems.
  • Ability to work in large, collaborative global teams to achieve organizational goals.

Necessary skills:
  • Java/ Spring / Spring Boot
  • Cloud Foundry/AWS
  • Experience pulling data from Cloud
  • Developing Microservices
  • Oracle DB
  • NoSQL - Cassandra highly preferred
