Customer Service/ Order Processing Representative (Bilingual in Spanish or German)

Please note that this is a 6+ months contract position. The position will start remote during Covid but the candidate must be local to Wilmington, DE as the training will be on site. (Bilingual in Spanish or German)Shift: 8:00 am to 4:30 pmThis position is to review data from a company which the client acquires. This role will match data from the acquired company's customer database to existing accounts in client's customer database. You will be using a tool that helps with the comparison, but you will ultimately make the decision.High attention to detail is critical in this role as your decision will affect the customers, order processing and invoice processing.This position may also be responsible for investigating new accounts to be created in customer database.
