Overview:

We are seeking dedicated Construction Laborers to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various construction projects, ensuring the smooth operation of job sites.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites

- Perform tasks involving physical labor on construction projects

- Operate and care for construction equipment and machines

- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks

- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at the job site

- Help with demolition work when necessary

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred

- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions

- Knowledge of basic hand tools and power tools used in construction

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job

- Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to all safety protocols

- High school diploma or equivalent is a plus
