Carpenters and or Maintenance Technicians needed; General Service Work and Special Projects including kitchen installations, bathroom remodeling, deck installation, additions and total renovations. Maintenance Techs needed for general repairs. Common Sense and the ability to think on your own A Must.

Carpentry Skills:

Knowledge in Framing, Trim, Setting Cabinets, Roof Repair and Siding Replacement

Able to work on ladders

Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team
