Property Manager

National Property Management Company seeks "Affordable Housing" Property Manager for a low-income housing development in Dover, Delaware. Candidates MUST have Project Based Section 8 and (LIHTC) Low Income Housing Tax Credit experience. You do not have experience, you will NOT be considered. Candidates MUST know how to complete a HUD 50058 or HUD 50059 form and how to complete a LIHTC income certification - if you do not know how to complete a HUD 50058 or 50059 you will NOT be considered for this position.
