Employment Type:Full timeShift:Night ShiftDescription:At Saint Mary’s Hospital OB is a 23-bed unit that provides care for various types of surgeries pre and post operatively. Surgical procedures include but not limited to bariatric, orthopedic, ortho-trauma, neuro-spine, mastectomies, urological, gynecological, and gastroenterology surgeries.What you will doIn this Patient Care Assistant/ Clerical Coordinator Dual role, you will provide exceptional care but not limited to bathing, grooming, toileting, eating, and moving. This role will also provide clerical support on the unit.Minimum Qualifications

Education : High School Graduate or equivalent

Licensure : CNA certification preferred, but not required. Related experience a must.

Certification : BLS required.

Work Schedule : Full time 32 hours Night Every other weekend.Additional Info:

Face paced environment.

Patients on this unit are cared for by a multi-disciplinary team that also includes Rehab staff.

Dedicated and specialized team of RNs, LPNs, and PCAs working together with the hospitalist and specialty providers.

OB7 can work together within a team atmosphere in the management of numerous workflows.
