Financial Analyst

The Production Finance team works closely with the Sports Production teams to budget, track and complete analysis on all of USA Sports’ programs. The Financial Analyst will play an integral role in the day-to-day management of Sports Production finances, including payment, tracking, budgeting, and forecasting.Responsibilities:Assist with creating, tracking and actualizing production budgets for accurate cost forecastingPrepare and present ad hoc financial analyses to operatorsOwn accounts payable responsibilities; accurately code invoices, coordinate approvals, update operators and team members, and work with vendors as neededSupport financial planning and annual budget efforts: pacing and reporting, identifying risks and opportunitiesAssist with monthly closing process: journal entries, variance analysis, and post close financial reportingLead regular financial update meetings with operatorsParticipate in ad hoc projects, as necessary
