Contracts Specialist

Description We are currently seeking a talented, detail-oriented Contracts and Credit Specialist to join our client's team.Responsibilities:

Analyze credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money.

Prepare reports that include the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money.

Evaluate customer records and recommend payment plans based on earnings, savings data, purchase activity and payment history.

Analyze potential contracts and financial risk, recommend contract modifications and suggest credit policies.

Facilitate and coordinate communication related to process applications for credit and solicits payment on overdue accounts.

Resolve credit issues with existing clients.

Requirements

Requirements:

Excellent research, quantitative and analytical skills.

Proficient with Microsoft applications, particularly Excel. Knowledge of industry-specific software is a plus.

Proven ability to prioritize tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong ability to clearly communicate and present information.
