Responsibilities:

Assist painters in preparing surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, patching).

Mix paints and stains according to specifications.

Load and unload materials and equipment.

Help set up and clean job sites.

Apply primer and paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.

Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in painting or construction is a plus but not required.

Ability to lift heavy objects and work on ladders.

Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
