Family owned Glass Company in need of a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant. Candidates will perform clerical administrative, & marketing duties in order to drive company success.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the glass industry (helpful but not required)

Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant

Working knowledge of office equipment, Computers, Printers, Fax machines, Cell Phones

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

Requires strong verbal/written communication, organization

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Must have background in QuickBooks Desktop

Knowledge of internet marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, Facebook, Instagram.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming customer calls

Generate Estimates, Sales orders, & Invoices

Accounts payable & receivables

Manage daily accounting

Create, process, and track purchase orders

Create various reports for management in Excel

Payroll - ADP

Position to start is part time however full time available for right applicant.
