Machine Operator

Our client, a local Watertown company, is searching for Machine Operators who will have core responsibilities within the machining department. This dynamic manufacturing environment is growing and is looking to hire collaborative workers who will help grow the company to a new level of production. The Machine Operators will work independently and as part of a team, at times with limited supervision.

Machine Operator job highlights:

$17/hr to start with 10% 2nd shift differential

6:30 AM to 4:30 PM (1st shift)

4:15 PM to 2:15 PM (2nd shift)

Strong work ethic

Ability and desire to learn

Excellent attendance and punctuality

Skills we are looking for:

Mechanical aptitude

Ability to read and follow written instructions

Demonstrated proficiency using micrometers

Demonstrated math proficiency

Previous experience with deed drawn press machines preferred but not required
