Crew Leader and General labor

Seeking motivated Crew Leader and General labor. Crew Leader to oversee 3-4 person crew in detailing hull and superstructure for many boats. General Labor to perform detailing work.

Responsibilities include:

cleaning

oxidation removal

waxing and/or applying sealant

organizing crew

communication with office when supplies are needed

positive attitude and strong work ethic a MUST. Leader MUST possess a strong attention to detail, should have experience in oxidation removal, waxing, & ceramic coating

should be organized and have good communication/customer service skills
