This Position is for a possible Live in Superintendent /Maintenance person in a multifamily building located in Niantic / New London Area

Requires about 12 to 15 hours per week, with live on site opportunity

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Light plumbing

Light electrical

Painting

Carpentry

Cleaning and maintenance of the property

Can handle all repairs

Building Security
