Laborer - Wood Splitting

We are a small family owned company looking to add part time laborers to cut, split, and bundle firewood.

Responsibilities

Operate a wood processor

Operate a chainsaw, and occasionally cut logs to size

Operate machinery in order to lift and move logs

Operate a log splitter with a log lift

Lift 25-50 lbs

Move trucks around the yard

Bundle firewood using a machine that shrink wraps the bundles

Load bundles onto a truck

Qualifications

Must be 18+

Must be able to speak English

Must have chainsaw experience

Must have experience with basic machinery such as a wood splitter

Must be able to pass a drug test

Must be responsible, reliable, and honest

Must have solid work ethic
