Part time General Maintenance person

This is a daytime position Candidates must be reliable, self-motivated and a be a strong team member with excellent problem solving skills. Groundskeeping, general maintenance, some heavy lifting is daily. A knowledge of operating tools/power tools is required. A knowledge of electrical, carpentry and plumbing basics is required. The position requires the ability to perform general maintenance tasks in a timely fashion.
