Stamped Concrete finisher

I am looking for either a stamped concrete rock star, or someone with no experience but willing to work hard and who is willing to learn. I own a small business with 3 employees. We would like to find someone who can learn how to finish concrete and who is detail oriented. Job descriptions would include shoveling dirt, raking gravel, prepping for patios and sidewalks, pouring, and finishing concrete. You get paid to work out (side). Can't be afraid of manual labor. This is a full time position for seasonal work. Our typical season is Mid March to Late November. We average 8 hour days and 40 hours a week. Weather and projects dictate our actual hours. We don't work weekends except on rare occasions. We work within a half hour radius of Waterford, CT. You would need your own transportation. I provide the tools. We'll do our best to teach you what we know. We are expert finishers, but not necessarily expert teachers. However, we are respectful and fair. We are a clean cut crew. I would appreciate a professional look and demeanor. Crude language and humor will not be a part of our team. Base pay for absolutely no experience at all will be $20/hr. Even some knowledge of construction and how to operate a shovel will increase the starting rate. Experience and capability will determine your compensation. Pay will increase in a month if you prove your capability. Simple IRA (matching retirement) will be offered after 6 months of employment.
