Small twigs removed from tree & some weeding

Some small "suckers" need to be removed from an oak tree about 20 25 feet up.
I also need help with weeding and possibly some hedge trimming.
I have a ladder and other tools.
Toddare you still out there? You worked here before.
Will pay $50 cash for the twigs and $25/hour for weeding.
