HEAD CHEF

Town Grill is a family owned casual restaurant with a great commitment to quality, its staff and the community. We are a busy and well received restaurant in the area offering amazing food and superb service in a beautifully newly remodeled restaurant that has been in business for over 30 years. We are beginning interviews for a well organized and professional Chef to lead our kitchen. We offer a matching 401K plan. In depth knowledge of all stations as well as attention to detail are paramount.

Our Chef's responsibilities include the creation of eclectic mouth-watering menu items, specials, and supervising the food prep and cooking, maintaining a fully-stocked kitchen inventory and complying with safety and cleanliness standards

You will be in charge of ordering and coming up with creative daily specials as well. Some experience with catering is preferred, as is being able to work in a professional manner at all times. Prior knowledge of point of sale systems or the ability to come up to speed using them is required. This is a hands on working management position so the candidate must be able to multi-task. We close at 9 pm weekdays and 10 pm on weekends, so no late nights as well.

Certification: Have a Food Manager Certificate or be willing to acquire one
