About your role, As a Dental Insurance Coordinator, you’ll help to determine what insurance benefits are available to our patients. You’ll also confirm coverage with the insurance company, review benefits with patients, and submit claims for payment. This role is a critical part of our patient experience team, so the following is what’s needed to excel in this role:
