Housekeeper

Reports ToThe Housekeeper will report to the Maintenance Director.  The Housekeeper is a non-exempt, hourly position.Full Time: Tuesday through Saturday 7am - 3pmSalary Range: $16.90 - $17.00 HourlyJob OverviewResponsible for maintaining cleanliness of resident’s apartments and common areas as assigned by the Maintenance Director. Responsibilities and DutiesProvide housekeeping services in resident apartments by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, emptying trash, and laundering linens.Ensure common areas are kept clean and sanitized as assignedHandle and store all cleaning chemicals in accordance with OSHA regulationsMaintain housekeeping storage areas are clean and organizedReport maintenance issues to the Maintenance DirectorEnsure safety issues are reported immediately (broken glass, water leaks, broken locks, broken toilets, etc.)
