Shop Technician - Full Time

Winterberry Gardens is currently hiring a Shop Technician to join our team in Southington, CT.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3+ years of experience

Strong mechanical knowledge

Team player

Must follow safety procedures at all times and use proper personal protective equipment

Job Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, repair and maintain company vehicles and equipment

Replace and assemble parts as assigned

Work from service and maintenance manuals

Operate equipment safely for its intended purpose

Communicate effectively with technical staff and team members

Perform tasks with minimal supervision
