Construction Help Wanted – Real Estate Fix-Up Jobs (CT)

Pay: $20–$30/hr depending on experience

Areas: Jobs all over CT – from Hartford to Groton to Torrington

About the Job:

Looking for reliable help to work on home renovation and construction projects. We buy and fix up houses — everything from cleanup to finish work. If you’ve got some experience in construction or want to learn, this could be a good fit.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Demolition and cleanup

Basic repairs, painting, and patch work

Helping with plumbing and electrical (under supervision)

General labor and property maintenance

Driving tools or materials to job sites (if you have a car/truck – big plus)

What We’re Looking For:

Someone dependable and willing to work hard

Construction experience helps but not required — we can train the right person

Must have transportation to job sites

Good attitude, shows up on time, reliable and works hard

Hours: Flexible — part-time or full-time available depending on your schedule
