Landscape & Hardscape Crew Member

Frank's Landscape Construction is a full-service landscape company designing, installing, and maintaining fine landscapes for over 28 years.

What are we looking for?

We are in search of a landscape and hardscape crew member with experience to join our team. We are willing to train the right person! The ideal candidate will have experience working on a team, using tools and machinery to complete tasks, and shows initiative.

Responsibilities of the role:

The duties may include and are not limited to the following:

- Landscape Installation – new plantings and renovations

- Landscape Maintenance – grooming, edging, mulching, pruning, deadheading, training, weeding

- Landscape Construction – patios, retaining walls, and installing lawns

- Complete all tasks as directed

Requirements:

- A detail-oriented team player that takes pride in their work

- Ability to be professional on clients’ property.

- This position is physical and requires strenuous physical activity at times, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting at least 50 pounds.

- Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions (cold, wind, light rain)

- A valid driver’s license required. Clean driving record preferred.

- This is a seasonal role that offers full time employment, 40 hours per week with the opportunity to work overtime hours as needed. Hours are subject to fluctuate based on weather.
