Job Description

- Lead a high-performing team by coaching and developing talent.

- Drive excellence in operations, customer experience, and profitability.

- Uphold food quality and safety standards.

- Manage fundamentals like food & labor planning, staffing, and inventory.

- Be a servant leader who builds trust and facilitates clear communication.

Job Requirements

- 10+ years in food service, with at least 6 years in management.

- Experience hiring, developing, and training team members.

- Skills in financial planning, managing, and forecasting.

- Hands-on experience in a fast-paced food service environment.

- Experience in fast casual restaurant chains (Preferred).

- Food Safety Certification (Preferred).

Compensation

The starting salary range is based on experience. Additional benefits include a 20% bonus potential, medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid vacation and wellness time, 401k program, paid family leave, complimentary greens, and free sweetgreen swag.
