Offer:The Associate HR Business Partner is a valued team member that plays a key role in ensuring that our organization is executing on our talent strategy. This role will have the opportunity to focus on full cycle talent acquisition as well as a variety of other important HR functions.The Associate HRBP partners with HSB leadership and employees by providing HR advice and consultative services. Understands the business strategy in order to support the development of clear actionable steps to support and achieve business goals and objectives. Support the implementation of various HR programs and practices across designated business unit(s) to include support of talent management, employee engagement, performance and development, staffing, compensation, and organizational design.Profile:Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent work experience is preferred.
PHR, CHRP or Master’s degree in HR achieved or in progress is preferred.
1+ years of HR generalist experience or 3+ years’ experience in field relevant to the field of assigned client business unit(s).
Knowledge and Skills:
Ability to effectively communicate to a diverse variety of audiences and individuals.
Change Management skills.
Analytical skills.
MS office Suite, intermediate level MS Excel knowledge.
Time Management skills.
