Eaton’s IS AER FED division is currently seeking a Shipping Coordinator-QC Inspector​The hourly rate for this position is $21-$23 per hour per hour.Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.What you’ll do:PRIMARY FUNCTIONThe person in this role is responsible for the daily coordination of order allocation and final inspection priorities. This includes the tracking, reporting, and execution of product to be shipped for invoice. The candidate must communicate effectively between multiple functions including: Quality Control, Supply Chain Planning, Customer Service, Shipping, and Production.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Guide, oversee, and coordinate final inspection priorities including an early-morning understanding of inventory within the QC department with relation to shipping needs

Allocate finished goods to open sales orders

Attend daily planning meetings communicating status of work in progress to various functions

Basic manipulation of spreadsheets for analysis of progress

Interfacing with the shop planning software (MFGPro) to execute transactions and research status

Receive incoming chemicals

Maintain quality records

Interpret customer and supplier requirements (internal & external)

Certify Quality Control paperwork

Read and interpret Purchase Orders and customer requirements.

Perform limited dimensional final inspection

Use small hand tools such as calipers, micrometers & drop indicators

Manage Bruckner Chemical inventory involving order placement, order management/tracking, and ensuring inventory accuracy

Perform source inspection duties as required by the customer

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.

Minimum of 3 years’ manufacturing experience in a related area of responsibility required.

Proficient in manipulating spreadsheets

Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
