Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Maintenance Department at the Windsor, CO plant. This individual coordinates repairs, schedules preventative maintenance, supervises technicians, manages work orders, and maintains compliance with safety standards and procedures.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Oversees a team of six Electro-Mechanical TechniciansPrepares work schedules, assigns work, and oversees the work quality that is performedAdministers the preventive maintenance program for all machinery and plant needsResponsible for maintenance inventory and parts orderingWorks closely with Production Supervisors to schedule equipment maintenance activitiesSchedules building inspections in or to meet the compliance standardsCoordinates and supervises the work of subcontractorsWorks closely with other plant departments to ensure all plant needs are metPerforms other duties as assigned by Plant Manager
