Roofer Needed

I am looking for a few people to help out with roofing, fencing, and the occasional other project. Roofing will be 80%+ of the job.

Pay is $18-23 per hour depending on experience, with an additional $2 per hour for fluency in Spanish.

These are independent contractor positions, so you are free to take on other jobs when you want. I will have full time work available for you year round. Paid each Friday.

Duties include:

- Speaking in English to customers

- Roofing installation and tear off

- Site cleanup

- Ensuring roofing jobs are done to customer satisfaction and exceed code expectations

- Willing to follow OSHA guidelines for safety. I don't like to take chances with peoples' health.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience roofing

- Has own roofing tools

- Has a truck that can pull a dump trailer

- Has a dump trailer (if you bring a trailer, there is additional pay for the trailer usage)
