RSI EnTech, LLC is recruiting for aDirector of the Program Management Office who will lead the enterprise-wide integration of all task orders (TOs), ensures that there are project management tools available to effectively plan, execute, monitor, and report on the legacy management support services contract performance. Provides oversite of overall portfolio management, has contract authority for subtask management, is the delegate to the Program Manager in their absence.This position is required to travel 45% of the time.Primary responsibilities and essential functions:

Assist TO managers in identifying resources and authorize resource pool.

Accountable for activities associated with the risk management program.

Prepare estimates of construction costs.

Performs EVM programmatic oversite and ensures available funds associated with the LMS program.

Support LMS personnel in activities that include, but not limited to program planning and analysis support, the Earned Value Management System, project controls and performance.

Oversees the LMS Strategic Initiatives, LMS Prime Contractor Partner Interface, LMS Compliance, Reporting and Metrics, LMS Risk Management and Estimating, and LMS Project Controls and Estimating teams.

Perform prime contract interfaces.

Support LMSP program initiatives.

Ensure data quality in reporting and earned value management.

Coordinate TO management.

Manage PMO office, identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.

Support LMS personnel in activities that include: program planning and analysis support; the Earned Value Management System; project controls; and performance evaluation, tracking, and measurement.

Manage the following LMS teams: Project Controls and Estimating; Risk Management and Estimating; Compliance, Reporting, and Metrics; Strategic Initiatives; Prime Contractor Management Partner Interface.

Other duties as assigned.

Desirable qualifications, experience, or proficiencies of the ideal candidate:

Experience with personnel management.

Experience managing scope, schedule and budget via Earned Value Management System (EVMS).

Project Management Professional Certification.

LMS subtask management experience.

Experience managing LMS sites or programs.

Required Education and Years of Experience:Bachelor’s DegreeinBusiness management, engineering, science, or related fieldwith a minimum 15 years experience.Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:Work involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
