Hiring Welders

We’re looking for welders to join our expanding team within a high‑volume manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll perform MIG welding on mild steel—with occasional stainless work—while also handling material preparation, sanding, grinding, and layout tasks. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, dependable, and dedicated to upholding a clean, organized, and safety‑focused workspace.

Shifts & Pay:

A&B Shifts: 6AM-6PM rotating 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off, etc. - $22+/hr (based on experience)

C Shift: 6PM-6AM Mon-Weds and E/O Thurs - $25+/hr (based on experience)

Responsibilities

Perform MIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel components

Prep materials, tack weld, fabricate, sand, grind, and inspect finished work

Maintain welding equipment and replenish consumables

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Work collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment

Required Skills

Proficiency in welding techniques: SAW, MIG, TIG, Oxy-Acetylene

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Experience with large-diameter rolling and crane operation

Basic computer skills

Familiarity with welding automation and Lean Manufacturing principles
