Job Description

Will be handling about 25-30 phone calls per day from customers regarding pricing/discounts, requests for quotes, and shipping time updates

Will also be responsive for managing inbox of requests from customers

Will be fielding phone calls from distributors asking for lead time updates

Will utilize ERP system, Excel, and Teams daily for pricing/discounts, and locating shipping information

Responsible for communicating with Ops team to collect additional information to provide to customers

May be dealing with upset customers at times

Additional Skills & Qualifications

2-3+ years of recent experience in an office-based customer service role

Experience dealing with upset customers

Experience utilizing ERP systems

Ability to time manage and having to prioritize tasks quickly and efficiently

Someone who thrives in and wants to work in a fast-paced environment

Critical thinking, problem solving, listening skills, multi-tasking skills, and ability to work well with others required

Proficiency within Microsoft Office products such as Excel, and Teams

Experience working in a customer service role within the manufacturing/industrial market is highly preferred
