Kelly Services is seeking a Data Support Analyst for one of our leading clients. . If this position may be interested to you, please email me back at (with your most up to date resume in word format) and advise the best time and number at which you can be reached Job Title: Data Support Analyst Location: REMOTE (Company location- Denver, CO) Length: 08/16/2021 to 12/31/2021 Type of contract: W2 ONLY Pay Rate - $38 - $40 per hour (Open for discussion) The contract is currently till EOY. Position is WFH for now, but would be nice to be around one of our main offices if and when we're back in the office. (MSPS=Microsoft Server, AD= Active Directory, Launch - our internal system for submitting tickets to set up new workers and JIRA - open tickets for new contracts to be established). We are urgently looking for candidates with superb organization skills and attention to details to support IT Workplace. Nothing less than an Excel guru with strong VLOOKUP skills and ability to merge files and manage a master file that must be maintained constantly with changes. Excellent attention to details and ability to work in a chaotic environment. The workers will receive info from multiple points of contact - leadership, the Fieldglass PMO team, workplace, MSPS, managers and suppliers and will need to handle and "own" the process. Excellent communications skills and ability to follow up frequently as well as data validation are a key. Some of the day to day is: Document and review all Active Directory & Build Request profiles in Launch - work with Tech Leads to identify actual resource/role needs & global technology to create new profiles with updated software and Active directory requirements,

  • Manage resolution of MSPS vs Fieldglass time discrepancies
  • Calculate contract & resource metrics
  • Audit Fieldglass roster
  • Monitor and update Contractor expiration dates before sending to the Fieldglass PMO team
  • Audit unfilled job posting based on reports from Fieldglass
  • SLA/KPI/CPI Tracking
  • Manage Jira dashboard for contract processing
  • Submit all tickets related to onboarding resources on behalf of the Resource Managers
  • Interact with Resource Mangers during onboarding process
  • Monitor the approval and completion of all onboarding related tickets
  • Track the contractor onboarding lifecycle metrics
  • Partner with the Fieldglass PMO to ensure job posting submissions and updates
  • Submit all MSPS additions/updates
  • Submit all resource Termination and LOA requests
