Full Time Handyman

We are seeking a skilled and reliable full-time handyman to join our team. You will be responsible for performing a range of repair and maintenance tasks for our growing list of corporate customers along with our owned commercial properties. The successful candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance and repair work, and will be able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a range of repair and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general handyman work.

Ensure that all repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner, and that all work is performed to a high standard.

Maintain accurate records of all work completed.

Manage your time effectively to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in general maintenance and repair work.

Preferred background in general maintenance and repair work, construction or property maintenance, with skills in general interior tenant improvement, HVAC, electrical, or plumbing.

Proficiency with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general handyman work or at least specialized in one of those skills.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to producing work of the highest standard.

Ability to work independently.
