Electrical Estimator

Overview of Position:

As an electrical estimator you will work closely with the senior estimator to complete assigned bids and put together project proposals with accurate exclusions, inclusions, and pricing. The bids you will be doing are multifamily and larger commercial projects. This position is an in-office position only and remote options are not available for this position.

Essential Functions:

Analyze blueprints/ drawings.

Determine labor and material needs accurately.

Organize and present complete bids in a timely manner.

Work with the senior estimator to help prepare necessary documentation for awarded contracts.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Check company email daily and respond in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year experience as an Electrical Estimator.

Must be able to read Blueprints and estimate projects based on drawings.

Minimum of 1 year experience using the Accubid estimating software.

Knowledge of NEC code requirements.

Understanding of Microsoft Office products, Bluebeam.

Strong communication skills and team oriented.

Dependable, efficient with the ability to follow through with all tasks assigned.

Sense of pride in work produced.

Position Benefits:

Salary $75k - $100k/year depending on experience.
