Light Commercial HVAC-R & Appliance Service Technician.

(HIRING IMMEDIATELY) We are looking for one, physically fit, mechanically inclined, motivated, dependable, independent self starter who's ready to settle down, stop job hopping and begin a challenging, rewarding, fun and gratifying, long term career at Native Mechanical. We are a small, busy, family owned and operated business where you won't just be a number with no chance of growth, or never receive the recognition you deserve for a job well done! We service and repair Light Commercial Heating, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration Equipment and Appliances in the casual restaurant/food service industry among other occasional settings/industries. Experience is required. A high school diploma or GED is required. An EPA certification with a valid driver's license is also required. You must possess the pertinent hand tools including meters and refrigeration gauges etc. We will provide a new service vehicle, cell phone, uniforms, weekly pay, paid time off, health insurance and other benefits including bonuses and regular pay increases as your skill level improves etc. You will be compensated accordingly on the high end of the pay scale depending on experience. We Keep the after hours service calls and overtime to a minimum to allow for time with your family etc. You will "occasionally" have to run an after hours "emergency" service call, but these will be far and few between.
